A change in circumstances may include changes in health, income, employment, relocation and family changes such as the welcoming of a new baby can affect child support, spousal support and parenting time.

This route lets couples avoid litigation by taking a more team-based, cooperative approach to reach agreements regarding property division, custody and child and spousal support.
